Penetration
I set out to shock with this one, and I definitely succeeded. Gallery owners and web hosts usually refuse to show it, and when it enters the public domain, it is hastily removed. More recently I have avoided such explicit imagery; although it is often said that art thrives on controversy, most people apparently need to be sheltered from such bizarre and gruesome scenes. My main problem with this one stems from the fact that it is an early work, and therefore lacking in technique.
